eCOMMERCE DEPLOYMENT
Our client encountered difficulties in managing customer data and interactions, which limited their insights into customer segments, preferences, and behaviors. To tackle this challenge, the DMA MarkTech team was engaged to deploy an eCommerce website design to capture customer data and provide a personalized experience.
Initiate and Plan
During the planning phase, we conducted a thorough analysis of the desired website features and functionality. Based on the approved project deliverables and milestones, our team developed detailed plans encompassing scope, cost management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change management.
These plans specifically identified resources, prioritized risks with corresponding responses, and outlined strategies for effective change management.
With quality management plans in place, we ensured that all issues and resolutions aligned with established standards and guidelines.
Execute
Following the approval of the project management plans, we created a Gantt chart to illustrate the project timeline and the interdependencies among various tasks. This was supported by a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that detailed milestones, tasks, and subtasks, providing real-time insights into project status while clarifying constraints, time and resources.
Our systematic communication approach, coupled with collaborative tools like chats, web meetings, cadenced stand-ups, and scrum ceremonies, ensured that all tasks were executed in accordance with the established guidelines for the eCommerce site.
Monitor and Close
In the monitoring phase, we evaluated project performance, identified and quantified variances, and implemented corrective actions. This included overseeing procurement activities through inspections and audits. We kept stakeholders updated on the project’s status through weekly reports in accordance with the communication plan, and we conducted Lessons Learned sessions to foster continuous improvement.
During the closing phase, we obtained final acceptance of the automated stages of the customer journey from relevant stakeholders, and the ownership of the website was officially transferred ownership to the designated stakeholders. Lessons Learned were compiled, including including feedback from stakeholders and all project-related documents were meticulously documented.

We determined the appropriate PMO type, identified reporting lines and staffing needs, and established integration with existing system and tools. With the PMO’s structure, processes, and procedures established, we moved forward with implementation. This involved communicating the PMO’s mission and objectives to the organization, training staff on its processes and procedures, and integrating the PMO into the agile project management activities. We provided ongoing support and guidance to project managers as they adopted the new methodology across their projects.

NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE
One of our MSP clients was experiencing significant issues with their network infrastructure, particularly in performance, security, and reliability. They required an o upgrade to their existing networking hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points, to improve their overall network efficiency.
DEFINE & DESIGN
Our team at DMA created a comprehensive network design document for the client, outlining the upgraded infrastructure and a phased implementation schedule. The project plan detailed the necessary requirements, deliverables, timeline installation, configuration, and testing timelines, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s operations during the upgrade process.
DEVELOP & TEST
After the design and project plan received approval, DMA ensured compliance with the client’s security policies and industry regulations before proceeding with hardware configuration and network settings reconfiguration. To optimize network performance, security, scalability and automation, the existing architecture was tested in preparation for the transition to a Software-Defined Network (SDN).
DEPLOY & REVIEW
Upon successful testing, the new SDN was deployed. The review reports demonstrated enhanced network management, improved performance and, reduced risk of down time. Additionally the network showed improved security, reliability, and overall connectivity, which boosted productivity.
